Sue became a governor after retiring from a career in education as a teacher, headteacher, lecturer, school improvement adviser, OFSTED inspector and Principal Primary Inspector in Islington. She is a local lead governor (LLG) and Vice Chair of governors at Bridlington School and New Pasture Lane Primary.
Vince has been a secondary school teacher, local authority adviser and president of the national Association for Careers Education & Guidance. He has been involved with school governance since 1994 and has served as a governor at three of the four Driffield schools. He is currently a governor of Driffield Junior School.
Mike has over 20 years' experience as a school governor, serving on governing boards at primary and secondary schools. He is also a trustee of Bridlington School Foundation and in 2013 became a Foundation representative on the school’s governing board.
Janet worked for 40 years as an optometrist in the Hull and Scunthorpe areas .She served as a governor at Wolfreton School Language College for over 20 years and for all of that time she had responsibility for Learning Support (SEN).
